Fixed Issue: Ledger Live Doesn’t Have A TimeZone Bar — What To Do

If you come across your Ledger not displaying the region to change the timezones. Don’t worry! There are plenty of other worse errors you could get in Ledger Live, and by comparison, this is an easy fix.

Today, we will show you two methods to solve your Ledger Live issue not showing the region bar that allows you to change the timezone. Here we go.

Solutions

#1. Check that you are running Ledger Live on its latest firmware.

If an update is required please update it. To do this, go to Ledger Live > Portfolio > Download update. Unless your firmware is up to date, you will see something similar to the image below.

#2. Change system language

It seems that for users who do not have a region to change their timezone, with the right Ledger Live update, you can bring the region back by changing the language to something other than the ‘Use system language’. To do this, follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Open Ledger Live, and go to Settings.

Step 2: Within the settings, go to the main tab named General.

Step 3: Under general, you would normally have the counter value tab, followed by the Display language, change this to something else other than the ‘Use system language’ from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: C change language to ‘English’, and a new tab underneath ‘Display language’ called ‘Region’ will appear.

Conclusion

Ledger Live requires a timezone to ensure that the relevant market prices are displayed. If you notice that your region tab for changing the timezone is nowhere to be found. That’s OK. Use today’s guide to help you fix that issue now.
